The principals of GreenGate have more than 40 years combined experience in both residential and commercial real estate and have been involved in the management, acquisition, disposition, brokerage and consulting of properties valued in excess of $1 billion. Our principals personally own and manage properties including acquisitions through federal bankruptcy, loan purchase and foreclosure as well as assets with environmental issues and tax liens.
GreenGate provides property management and receivership services to institutions, banks and loan servicers who need help protecting the eroding value and physical deterioration of Assets. In addition GreenGate can shield the Lender from potential liabilities to include misappropriation of rent, health and safety concerns, code violations, property damage and vandalism.
