GreenGate Capital is a diversified real estate organization providing services to maximize property and loan values, protect cash flow and implement Asset strategies.

The principals of GreenGate have more than 50 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate. They have been involved in acquisition/disposition, brokerage, management, development, appraisal, and advisory services associated with properties valued in excess of $1 billion. Our principals own and manage properties acquired through bankruptcy, loan assignments and foreclosure. Projects involve environmental contamination remediation, curing code violations, liens, and other encumbrances.

GreenGate provides Property Management, Brokerage and Receivership services to Institutions, Syndicators, Family Offices, Banks and Loan Servicers. With its Receivership assignments, GreenGate protects against eroding value, physical deterioration of an asset, and shields stakeholders from liability. Liabilities include misappropriation of rent, environmental, tax, and other lien issues, health and safety concerns, code violations, civil suits, property damage, and vandalism. GreenGate’s track record of successful assignments spans across all property classes. Whether the Asset is non-performing, the subject of a legal proceeding, in foreclosure, or mismanaged, GreenGate will implement a customized strategic plan to stabilize and protect or add value.
