EXPERIENCE – With fifty (50) years combined experience concluding hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions spanning the stock market collapse in the late 80’s, the DotCom bubble of the late 90’s, the Great Recession of 2008, and the 2020 COVID-19 shutdown. GreenGate’s team has experience implementing strategies and managing assets in all markets and in all phases of economic cycles. Our principals have held seminars for various organizations, have had articles published in trade journals and have been quoted sources numerous times.

CREATIVITY – GreenGate’s team has been tested to think outside of the box and find solutions for complex issues related to: non-conventional financing, environmental contamination, tax liens, receiver deeds, note assignments, lease up strategy, navigating the bankruptcy process, and repositioning surplus property. When needed GreenGate finds alternate avenues to accomplish our clients’ goals.

NETWORK – Through our extensive experience and relationships with National Brokerage/Management firms coupled with our SIOR and CCIM affiliations we have the ability to QUICKLY access brokers/managers, buyers and sellers nationwide. We believe in broker cooperation, partnering with outside management firms, and sharing our information in a timely fashion to best achieve our client’s objectives.
